Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy governs cancellations, refunds, and no-show scenarios for Hotel GuruKripa.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 2 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 10% retention charge on the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 days before check-in may attract higher retention charges.

2. No-Show Policy

  • In case of No Show, no refund will be provided.

3. Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original mode of payment.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank policies.

4. Early Departure

  • No refund shall be applicable for early check-out or unused nights.

5. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be liable for cancellations or refunds arising due to events beyond its control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies.
