By booking a room or staying at Hotel GuruKripa, guests agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Check-In & Check-Out

- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
2. Guest Eligibility
- Guests must be 18 years or older to check in.
- Unmarried couples are allowed.
- Valid original government-issued photo ID is mandatory.

- Aadhaar Card
- Passport
- Driving License
- Voter ID
- PAN Card is not accepted
3. Room Allotment
- Rooms are allotted subject to availability at the time of check-in.
- Management reserves the right to deny accommodation to guests violating hotel policies or failing ID verification.
4. Guest Conduct
- Guests must maintain proper decorum and follow hotel rules.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted within hotel premises.
- Any unlawful or disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.
5. Damage & Asset Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive wear and tear to hotel property.
- Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
- AC temperature settings are fixed; remote control may not be available.
6. Children & Extra Guests
- Extra bedding is chargeable and subject to availability.
7. Valuables & Personal Belongings
- The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings unless deposited with management for safekeeping.
8. Payments
- Payments can be made online or at the hotel.
- 100% advance payment is mandatory for confirmed and guaranteed bookings.
- Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
9. Restaurant & Banquet Rules
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in Daman Delite Restaurant.
- Restaurant and party venues operate as per defined timings.
10. Policy Modifications
Hotel management reserves the right to modify policies, tariffs, and terms without prior notice.
11. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to local jurisdiction of Daman & Diu, India.
